Using this site

Browsing webable.cc, running the free analyzer, joining a waitlist, or embedding the open widget all mean you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.

The analyzer is informational, not legal advice

The free analyzer reports what automated checks can detect. It is not a legal audit, not a VPAT, and not a substitute for manual accessibility review by a qualified professional.

A passing score does not mean your site is WCAG-, ADA-, or EAA-compliant. A failing score does not mean it isn’t. We help you find and fix issues; we don’t certify compliance.

No guarantee of compliance

WebAble does not, and cannot, guarantee that any website becomes accessible, compliant with any law, or safe from accessibility-related claims as a result of using our tools or services. Anyone who tells you a tool guarantees compliance is selling you something.

Waitlist

Joining a waitlist means you’ll receive occasional updates about the product you signed up for. No drip sequences. No partner emails. Unsubscribe links live in every email.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or systematically copy the site or its content.
  • Use the analyzer to attack, overwhelm, or denial-of-service any site you don’t own or have permission to scan.
  • Misrepresent WebAble’s output to claim compliance you don’t actually have.
  • Use the extension or any WebAble product to harm users, including by harvesting credentials, injecting trackers, or modifying content for other people without their consent.

Open-source widget

The basic widget, the same user-side toolkit embedded on a site, is intended to be free and open. Terms for any commercial business plan or implementation service are agreed separately at the time of contract.

Liability

WebAble is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to use of this site or the free tools is capped at the greater of (a) what you’ve paid us in the past twelve months, or (b) USD 100.

Updates to these terms

If we change anything material, we’ll update the Last updated date above and announce it on the homepage. Continued use after a material change means you’ve accepted the new version.
